A delightful story about a middle-age woman who inherits a house on Cape Cod, New England, and makes an inn out of it. Black and white frontispiece and 3 other illustrations by H M Brett. Green full cloth with gilt and cream illustration and titles on front and spine, lettering on spine faded. Clean and unmarked, faint wear to extremities. Sewn binding tight hinges intact, solid and square volume. Text page edges tanned. Former owner names on front endpsaper. Pages lightly and evenly toned, very clean, no marks of any kind, no creases. Joseph C. Lincoln was an American author, 1870-1044. 383 pp. 7.5" x 5". 1915, D. Appleton and Company, New York and London.
