Garden City, NY: Garden City Publishing Co., 1936. Reprint . Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket. 337 pages, plus 53 plates. This edition was issued without the folding map as seen in the first edition by Page. Gilt stamped lettering/decoration on spine is a little faded. Red cloth covers show scattered light soiling. End leaves are just a little darkened and there is an old crayon price on front free end leaf. Slight separation between half title page and frontispiece. Volume remains tight and is otherwise clean.

Historically, I have specialized in Kansas and regional history, but also maintain quality collections of Natural History, Theology, Americana, Railroad, Travel and Exploration, Medicine, Art, and Psychology, Neurology, and Psychiatry.
