New York: Essential Books, 1944. The black cloth book would be fine except the top corners are slightly bumped. The dust Jacket has chips and tears. A 1/2" x 1 1/2" piece is missing from top corner. Jacket brodarted. Robert E. Lee, a producer-writer for radio, and consultant to the Secretary of War drew up the plans for the Armed Forces Radio Service. He was a keen observer of the television scene since his first video broadcast from London in 1938. . No Edition Stated (Presumed First). Cloth. Near Fine/Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
