This is a very firm and very clean Civil War History and Memoir Book. It looks like a very interesting read. This is a heavy & square book with a very attractive cover and beautiful marbeling. There is a 3" top spine edge tear and some wear along this edge, otherwise this book is in very good condition, with very nice edges. The pages are tight and these pages are white, bright and unmarked. The inside boards and first page are beautifully marbeled and are in wonderful condition. There is a small p/o name on the free page. The photo illustration and plate illustrations are in wonderful condition. No age spots. 312 pages. 8569
