(The photography of the ingredients is done well, I had never considered the subtle differences in colour of oil from hazelnut through to sesame through to olive and walnut, or even the variations in vinegar depending upon its source. Providing an illustration of what a dressing looks like when made up, is also helpful because it gives a reference point when making one's own. She author had many years of practice running a restaurant, and doing cook book reviews, as well as writing a regular column for Melbourne's major newspaper The Age. The recipes are local, the ingredients are readily available, and the destructions are simple to follow. Minor handling marks to the dustjacket, otherwise a very clean copy.
