Miller at the Printing House of William Edward Rudge. Copy #917 of 1500 SIGNED on the colophon page by the artist who also designed the book and wrote a prologue.

Illustrated by Richard Linder, with many plates rendered in full color. First edition. Quarto (9.75 x 7 in.); 509pp.; maroon cloth boards stamped in gold on spine and front panel, in dust jacket. Some minor spotting towards the back half of the textblock fore-edge. Offsetting to rear endpapers from contemporary newspaper clipping (included, now in archival sleeve). Unclipped ("$7.50") jacket rubbed to rear panel, with mild foxing along fore-edge of rear flap. Near fine in a very good (+) jacket.
