This illustrated edition is dedicated to famous artist and geometrical-illusionist M.C. Escher, whose works are variously emulated in entrancing illustrations by the Dillons. Leo Dillon (1933 - 2012) and his wife Diane Sorber Dillon (born 1933), who worked hand-in-glove, were American illustrators of more than 100 children's books and adult paperback book and magazine covers.
