New York: Viking Press, 1954. First Edition. Ownership signature. Very good copy with a faint bit of darkening at the gutters and a long narrow light red stain on the rear free endpaper in a very good lightly used dust jacket with some very small tears and creases.
Synopsis
Sweet Thursday is a 1954 novel by John Steinbeck. It is a sequel to Cannery Row and set in the years after the end of World War II. According to the author, "Sweet Thursday" is the day after Lousy Wednesday and the day before Waiting Friday.
