About This Item
Vologda: ARNIKA, 2001. Softcover. NF. BW illustrated, stapled wraps with grey Cyrillic lettering. 35 pp. with bw photos throughout. Text in Russian. Lovely photos of all sorts of churches in the north of Russia - from the tiniest of wooden huts with a cross on the roof to beautiful, old wooden churches with onion domes, to more contemporary stone/stucco edifices with glorious decorations. A visual history, with plenty of text, of the ecclesiastical structures of the Russian Orthodox faith.
