Publishers' pictorial blue cloth blocked in grey, white, black and gilt, housed in plain blue paper-covered slipcase. An as-new copy which appears unread; slipcase very slightly rubbed. Fine in Near Fine slipcase. Seventh novel in the popular Aubrey-Maturin series of maritime historical novels. This edition follows the text of the 1980 First, with minor emendations.
