SIGNED and inscribed by author Muhs on free front endpaper, her collection of now-kitschy recipes; very good in buckram boards, no dust jacket; fraying to top of spine and bottom corners, soiling to boards (mild on front, heavier on rear), toning to spine else a tight square unmarked copy in sound binding; stated fifth printing, scarce signed; inscription reads: "To Nan with all my love -- Helen / May 1, 1948
