Collectible Fine Hardcover Clean 316 pp. NOT a library copy. NO writing except a handsome handsome signature on second blank endpaper. No jacket was ever issued by the publisher. Not only was Lucy Allen Paton a great respected scholar and translator but was a passionate Arthurian as well as true lover of Faerie. Besides Irish and Welsh we see Dutch, German, Norse and of course in French Medieval texts. Here you have the more desirable enlarged 1970 Second Edition from the 1903 First with the Fairy Faith Bibliography with commentary by Roger Sherman Loomis who brought Celtic studies back into Arthurian Legend.
