Strict vegetarians, possible vegetarians, and occasional vegetarians will find a great deal to choose from. Old country favourite show up alongside new-age recipes, each one presented in a simple, relaxed way, each showing a real appreciation of good nutrition while sacrificing nothing in flavour. The colour illustrated paperback binding has darkened on both front and rear panels, except where the original price sticker was, and there are minor handling marks to the front edge of the text block.
