Black-and-white Illustrated frontispiece, showing Rupert of the Rhine, at age 16. Red coloured cloth covered boards A fictionalised biography of the 17th century nobleman, Rupert of the Rhine. The spine of the dust jacket is quite darkened, and is rubbed with small tears at the top spine, small tear at the bottom of the rear fold over crease, top edge of text block tinted dark red by the publisher, offset tanning of the front and rear ends of pages, original bookseller's rubberstamp neatly placed at the bottom left of the front end page. Dust jacket price clipped, and dust jacket designed by Margaret Irwin's husband First Uniform Edition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
