Theodore Brun, Publisher, London, 1953. Limited. Hardcover. Near Fine/No Jacket. 208 pages (complete). Numbered 37 of a limited edition of 100 copies. A smart copy. Bound in full leather. Stamped gilt titling and decoration (fresh). The boards are handsome, clubbable. They are healthy and steady. Within, the contents are benevolent. The end papers are marbled, they have strips of light tanning about the edges. The front and end pages are dulled by storage. The papertrims have very light storage dulling. The contents are, however, most pleasing. They are very confident, clean and clear, assiduously presented and produced, diligent and dedicated, generous of spirit and actuality. fk.
