The book is a square turquoise paper-covered boards with paste-on of a woman carrying sheep on the front. The book has light edge wear and is clean and tight inside. The DJ is worn with edge rubs several closed tears and a chip missing at top of spine. Color illustrations. Un-paginated.

Chicago: John C. Winston Co., 1939. Later Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. The interior of the book is crisp and clean, with no marks or wear. There is a small presentation sticker on the front free end paper (With compliments, S. Godfrey Limited, Toronto, Canada), but this is the only problem. The blue covers are bright, and the onlay is undamaged. The covers have just a touch of wear at tips and corners. The dust jacket is not price-clipped and is also in excellent condition, with light wear only. Overall, a very nice copy.
