George G. Harrap & Co. Ltd.. Very Good- in Good+ dust jacket. 1928. First Edition. Hardcover. Covers are very sharp, almost like new. Gilt on spine is very bright. Bottom edges are foxed/dusty. Small edge tear to page 67/68, at the vottom. DJ is most interesting. Outside is the DJ for the book, with stains to the front and rear, and especially the spine. Edgewear to the DJ. Turn the DJ over and upside down an you have the complete DJ for a different book, published 10 years later: The Case of the Frantic Ladies by Leslie Floyd. Couple of pieces of brown tape to the inside of the DJ. Handwritten price label to the front flap. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall .
