San Francisco: Peace and Freedom Party, 1968. 8.5x14 inch handbill, horizontal fold, general handling wear. One side reprints text from a flyer by the National Community Union in Chicago, the other side a statement by the Peace and Freedom Party criticizing George Wallace. The P&F side notes that Peggy Terry, who was running for VP on a ticket with Eldridge Cleaver, was also originally from Alabama but had to leave because conditions had become so poor for small farmers. Closes with Cleaver quote, "Power to the people. Black power to Black people. White power to white people.
