Quite handsomely bound in a heavy sailcloth, burgundy, with sharp and distinctive gilt lettering to spine. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing moderate wear to edges, a single, short closed tear, but not price-clipped. The author "defines the various stained glass workshops of 13th-century Burguny by describing the major programs of still extant glass in the region's churches and the relationship of this glass to Parisian stained glass style." Four illustrations in text, then another four in full color, then 162 black-and-white illustrations following. xviii [2], 4-182 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
