Slight wear & slight soiling to spine, covers & corners. ; John L. Golden and Robert Loraine were both significant figures in the theater world, but in different capacities. John L. Golden was a prominent American theater producer and impresario, as mentioned earlier. He was born in 1874 in New York City and became known for his business acumen and talent for recognizing promising theatrical productions. Golden produced numerous successful plays and musicals on Broadway, including "Porgy" (1927) and "Shuffle Along" (1921).
