This theatre was founded in Leningrad in 1987 and (at the time of this brochure) had a repertoire of 14 productions: historical and contemporary Russian operas as well as masterpieces of the French, Italian, and German repertoire. Repertory examples: Bortniansky's "The Falcon", Donizetti's "Rita", and works by Adam de la Halle, Haydn, Mussorgsky, Cimarosa, A. Smelkov. CONDITION: a bright unmarked, uncreased copy with negligible shelf-wear - now in a clear, protective polypropylene bag with archival backing board.
