Publishers olive cloth, blindstamped emblem on both covers, gilt lettering front and spine, illustrated with photos, charts, maps.; 6" x 9"; xii, 439 pp; Ex-library (withdrawn) with the usual markings, thinned area of title page, binding reinforced at front hinge and solid with stress noted at the contents page, one word corrected in ink within the text, no other writing. .
