Consists of over-runs from the original edition printed at the Press in Tuscany Alley in 1978. 150 copies presented to the participants at the joint meeting of the Roxburghe and Zamorano Clubs, October 1996, by Earl Emelson, Jeffrey Thomas and James Wehlage, in memory of the collaborations of Joyce and Adrian Wilson. .
