New York: Pitman Publishing Corporation, 1958. 150p., illustrated with diagrams and scattered b&w plates on coated inserted stock, hardbound (printed and casebound in England), the American first edition (unclipped dj shows price in dollars), dark blue boards spine-titled in silver, in dust jacket. Book itself has a subtle bump to the head and an inked-out ownership on the ffep, jacket has a chip and a tear where book has its bump, another much smaller chip to one corner and a rough closed tear to back panel; jacket remains presentable. A good to very good copy. The photo editor concentrated on V2 launchings.
