Included are invitations, acceptances, personal notes, calling cards, etc. Many items are from Chester County and other southeastern Pennsylvania places, and some are from outside the state. Family names include: Anderson, Briggs, Reburn, Pollock, Pugh, Squire, Mowery, Crothers, Doyle, Schaffer, Dance, Scarborough, Cauffman, Duverin, Galbreath, Cameron, Hudson, Laughlin, Wilkinson, Morris, Bunting, Dickey, Steele, Pyle, et al. Occasions include: weddings, graduations, "basket surprises," anniversaries, &c. It is evident that the album was compiled by Mrs. John M. Anderson.
