University Of Pittsburgh Press, Pittsburg, PA, 1944; 8vo, 131 pages; illustrated. Forty-one popular American songs, lyrics and musical notation, by legendary composer and songwriter Stephen C. Foster, all first editions collected in the early part of the twentieth century by Josiah K. Lilly of Indianapolis, Indiana, who subsequently bequeathed them to the people of the United States and are now preserved at the Stephen Collins Foster Memorial at the University of Pittsburgh. Fine condition, in printed blue wraps. Frontispiece portrait photo of the composer.
