SHIPS THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, WRAPPED IN PADDING AND CARDBOARD. "Six facsimile reproductions of eighteenth-century music taken from George Bickham's Musical Entertainer (London, 1738), one of the most beautiful song books of the period. The charming melodies so carefully reproduced on the enclosed sheets may be performed and enjoyed on today's musical instruments. The sheets may also be framed to make delightful decorations for the modern music room or library." Includes: "The King and the Miller", "Contented Farmer", "Good Advice", "The Thirsty Toper", "Debtor's Welcome to their Brother", and "The Fly." Anecdotally, we understand that this was sold in Colonial Williamsburg. Original printed envelope + six 10.5 x 16.5 loose sheets printed 2-color recto only + card backing board.
