Exterior has mild spotting to the front cover and mild edge wear. Gilt is bright. Inside has neat PO signature of noted North Carolina geologist, author, and scholar, Joseph Hyde Pratt. dated Jan. 1928. Otherwise unmarked, crisp, and firm with modest toning and a few corner fold pages. .
