This is number 2 of 300 limited copies (there were another 100 deluxe copies), SIGNED by Mailer on the limitation page. Per the previous owner, this copy had belonged to Joy Kritzer, a close friend of Lord John Press publisher Herb Yellin (a detail which explains the low number).
