Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and visible rough cut edges and foxing to text block edges. Both hinges are cracked with exposed netting and cracks to guttering with exposed netting. Boards have visible rubbing and noticeable bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and visible rubbing to spine.

Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Overall a good condition item. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.

Good for age but with some spotting throughout in somewhat bumped and marked boards. No dustjacket.
