Signature by BORIS, Ruthana (1918-2007)

Among many accomplishments, this reknowned ballet dancer was the first American to land starring roles in the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo (1942-50); she was also a choreographer of note. Handsome signature in black fineline, heavy stock 5" X 3" card, n.p., 1982 March 20. Fine. With original envelope. A quite nice example.
