[12p] 5x8.5 inches, hand-colored illustrations, personal inscription signed by the author, sunning to front cover at top edge and near spinefold, also see a wood-grain effect on rear cover (from transfer of oils from wood shelf likely); sewn wraps. Burlingame was a Sonoma bibliophile, poet, chronicler of the Sonoma Women's Club and Jack London historian. The poem, somewhat doggerel-ish, is dedicated to the Sierra Club and the author has hand-colored the illustrations throughout. Only 2 copies located in OCLC as of 3/2017.
