Blue coloured boards with silver coloured titles to the back strip. Illustrated dustwrapper ( wraparound ), by Chris Mayger, with blue and black coloured titles to the front panel and blue and white coloured titles to the back strip. A naval novel set during the last years of World War II, when an ex-Royal Navy ship, The Andromeda, is transferred to the Royal Australian Navy and the first order of business is to sink a heavily armed German commerce raider -- the ship which must die. Light scuffing to the head and to the heel of the back strip and to the book corners. Shelf wear to the lower book edges. Browning and dust marks to the top paper edge. Rubbing to the dustwrapper corners. Light fading to the spine. This is the first Australian edition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 288 pages, last 3 blank..
