With frontispiece and over 60 full page illustrations from photographs. 8vo, in the publisher's very attractive bright green cloth lettered and attractively decorated in white. xxiii, 293 pp. A fine, bright copy, beautifully preserved, strong and tight and clean. FIRST EDITION. Though born in England, Shelley found his spiritual home in Italy. Self-exiled he spent the last four years of his life there, where he wrote some of his greatest works. Author Anna Benneson McMahan traces those years through poetry and letters and follows the Shelley pilgrimage.
