Previous owner has glued a forgery article to rear end paper, and there are a few tacky-dot spots in frontmatter, o/w better. NO INTERNATIONAL. Originally published in 1927, and very scarce as a reprint as well. Accompanying are a number of magazine and newspaper articles about forgeries. The 'tacky-dots' are incidenatal issues, but the glued article rear is a problem. .
