London, 1821 and 1823: for Balwin, Cradock and Joy. 12mo. In two volumes. The first volumes has a half-title, and is fully illustrated with 64 full page plates. Volume two without half-title, 249pp. [14]pp. ads. and describes what is happening within each plate following the history of England. These volumes would be used by children in their classroom. Mrs. Trimmer wrote several children's books with a listing of those works within the ads. A very nice set bound in full calf, spine lettered and ruled in gilt, shipping to head of volume one and foot of volume two wear to corners.
