Hardcover. 8vo - 19.5 x 13 cm.; vi - 327 pp. Dark red/brown cloth over thin and rigid boards with gilt lettering on the spine and front board along with blind stamped border rules and decorations. All text block edges are stained red as issued and the block corners are rounded. Three principal sections: "Mechanics and Correct Usage", "Useful Information", and "Forms of Business Writing". Thirteen page comprehensive index at the back. Previous owner's name on the first preliminary page (a blank page) and again on the title page. The externals show only wear to the corners and the spine tips. The interior is very clean and the binding is tight. A clear and removable archival has been fitted. .
