Vi sono illustrate 47 classiche posizioni di scherma (per lo più due figure per tavola). "Edizione originale inglese", dedicata a “their Royal Highnesses the Duke of Gloucester and Prince Henry-Frederic”. Quanto alla scienza schermistica l'Autore, benchè italiano, si è attenuto in parte ai principi della Scuola francese, che aveva studiato lungamente a Parigi (Gelli). Cfr. “Cat.
