About This Item
London: Angus & Robertson Publishers, 1982. Hardcover. Very Good-/Very Good. Book was first published in 1907; this is a 1982 re-issue. This edition includes a well-researched afterword by Geoffrey Embleton presenting some startling evidence in the form of a letter from Witton to his defence counsel, that was not opened until 1970. Brown hard cover with white titling on spine and front, decorative border around titling on front, brown end papers, illustrated with black and white photographs, 247 pages. Cover has light edge wear, a portion of upper edge slightly sunned, a small, pale mark on upper text block edge, light crease at lower corners of pages 166-178, a number has been masked over on rear fixed end paper, spine very slightly cocked. Dust jacket has light shelf wear, spine and upper edges slightly sunned. This is a handsome volume - clean, bright and tight. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees. Canadian customers, please note that applicable sales taxes will be added.
