Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Clipped jacket has light edge-wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

Rear leading edge has been bumped. Page block is tanned and foxed, foxing leading into pastedowns, end papers and occasional pages within. Pages are well bound, and text and illustrations are clean and clear. Three double page colour cartoon illustrations are within, colours remain vivid. CN. First Edition. Hardcover. Dust jacket edges are moderately worn and there is a small tag tear on the spine; the front flap has a paper mar and is clipped (price?); the back flap holds a $2.50 price (probably) for the advertised "Spooks of the Valley". Overall a nice copy. ; 9.50 X 6.60 X 0.60 inches .

Notable shelf and handling wear to cover includes open and closed tears to edges, folds and spine area, notable chipping to same.
