Throughout the text there are black-and-white photographs. 1/4 dark red coloured cloth covered backstrip with gilt coloured titles. 3/4 black coloured boards with gilt facsimile signatures of authors to the lower right-hand corner of the front panel. Rubbing to the backstrip edges and book corners. A small bump to the middle of the front panel. Photographic dustwrapper with white coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip.
