Tokyo: Dengen Kaihatsu Kabushiki Kaisha [Electric Power Development Co.], 1956. Hardcover. [34p.] plus plates, very good in green cloth boards, 9x10.25 inches, bottom right corner slightly bumped, errata sheet laid in. Two color and three black and white photographic prints tipped in, with 98 additional black and white illustrations in the text, which is entirely in Japanese. Commemorative book marking the opening of the dam, illustrating the process of construction and the final product. The dam, on the Tenryū River, was the subject of a postage stamp in this, the year of its opening.
