Coarse canvas-like tan cloth with green lettering and brown pictorial stamping. xii, 126pp. Captioned tissue-guarded frontispiece, extensive full-page plates, pictorial endpapers. Very good. Binding (only) a bit age toned, else internally tight and near fine. A handsome first edition of this stunning sketch gathering by the premiere, prolific maritime artist (1875-1962) -- boldly signed with his huge, stylized signature on half-title page in black ink.
