La Crosse, Wisconsin: Molzahn Printing Company, 1973. Clean and tight and square. Sharp corners. Appears unread. Signed by the author on the title page. Brown boards with gold lettering. The dust jacket has just a little wear and tear along the edges and is in new mylar. Light blue jacket with black lettering. The illustration on the jacket matches the one on the page before the title page, and they are by Howard Fogg.. Signed. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. History. Railroads .
