New York: The Bureau, 1919. Pamphlet. 8p., 6x9 inches, stapled pamphlet, stamp on front cover of Rand School of Social Science Labor Research Department, some dust to wraps, else very good condition. Brochure inviting commercial American trade with the new Soviet government. "We are ready to receive bids from maunfacturers [sic] of various products, and to place orders with them as soon as export licenses to Petrograd or Riga can be secured for our purchases..." Two pages list goods "exported to Russia from the United States in 1916 and 1917", which appear to include just about everything under the sun. One page lists "articles in Russia available for export" such as "Chemicals, drugs, dyes and medicines: Fusel oil, Lactarene, Licorice root.
