About This Item

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Massachusetts, and London, England, 1970. Reprint. Softcover. Good Condition. Preface by editor and name and subject index. Plain text paperback binding red and black coloured titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the backstrip. Project Camelot was a highly controversial experiment in social engineering in the Third World, especially predicting revolution in Third World countries; that resulted in amazingly bad publicity and a presidential veto, and, finally cancelling of the project in toto. The authors in the book look at the project from the beginning through to the end with differing viewpoints. Creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels. A partial reading crease to the backstrip. Sunning to all surfaces of the cover with rubbing also present. Age toning of the text block edges with lighter age toning of the pages. Faint foxing to the text block edges. Second Paperback Edition. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. [4], V - XI, [3], 3 - 385, [3] pages,. Please refer to accompanying picture (s).
