Adopted and enacted by the General Assembly at their fifteenth session.Full sheep with black title label to the spine with gilt lettering. This copy is VG. Exterior is rubbed and worn, but square with leather intact. Gilt is faded but legible. Front EPs/paste down with PO script dated August 1832 along with other scattered notes. Rear EP present with small "no. 8" in pen. Text is foxed, but quite clear. Front hinge a little weak, but back hinge sturdy. Firmly bound. .
