The author returns to the Pacific after World War II and his book Tales of the South Pacific. He takes off from where he left evoking the magic of the blessed isles in the Pacific with stories and accounts glowing with color and alive with adventure. This book combines an informative and critical evaluation of faraway people and places with enthralling flights of imagination. A clean very presentable copy in a Brodart mylar jacket.
