At the time this report was published, 66 colonial buildings had been repaired or restored, 84 had been reproduced from Colonial Foundations, a federal highway had been diverted, and streets, open spaces and gardens had been resumed their colonial appearnace, with lamp-posts, fences, brick walks, street surfaces, and plantings.
