This may have originated in Boston in 1968, based on the date and provenance (original owner active in the antiwar/social movement scene in Boston in the 1960s). 1 ¼ inches in diameter. Stickpin style back. A pin using the Omega symbol used by anti-Vietnam War protester and members of the 1960s resistance. Presumed issued for a Resistance on the Boston Common on April 3rd, 1968, where activists gather to protest the war and advocate for social justice issues. GOOD+ condition. Minor toning and soiled. Rear rusted.
